Motor safety hazards

1. Difficulty in starting: It takes multiple ignitions to start normally. If you are in a hurry to start, you will just feel powerless and irritable.

Automobile Motor Test Experiment

Car brand-BYD wants to reduce the safety hazards caused by motor failure and conducts prenatal experiments.
1. Functional test: Understand the power characteristics of the motor by measuring the output power of the motor at different speeds;
2. Torque test: Understand the torque characteristics of the motor by measuring the output torque of the motor at different speeds;
3. Efficiency test: Calculate the power of the motor by measuring the output power and input power of the motor;
4. Temperature rise test: Understand the heat dissipation of the motor by testing the temperature change of the motor under different loads.

While testing the motor, the motor circuit board is also tested simultaneously. Therefore, the motor PCB needs to maintain good operation under non-stop working conditions. Through the test, when it was close to 100 hours of non-stop work, the internal structure of the motor had a slight loss, but our motor circuit board still maintained stable operation. Whether it is signal reception, heat dissipation function, or circuit operation, it is within the normal range.
